What we hold, and why

Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm the booking and reach you on the day. The pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time. Your flight number, where you give one. Passenger and luggage counts, and any accessibility or child-seat request you make.

Anything you type into the notes field. Please do not put passport numbers, visa details or payment information there — we do not need them and would rather not hold them.

Your card number, expiry date or security code. Payment is taken on a page hosted by our payment provider; we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits for reconciliation.

We do not ask for and will not hold your passport. No chauffeur service needs it as security.

The chauffeur driving you receives your name, phone number, pickup details and flight number — nothing else.

Our payment provider processes the transaction. Google's Maps Platform receives the addresses you search for in order to return suggestions and calculate the route; those requests are made from our server and are not tied to your name.

Where you book a vehicle class supplied by a partner operator, they receive the same minimal set the chauffeur does. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, for any purpose.

Booking records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require them, currently eight years for invoiced transactions.

The free-text notes on a booking are deleted twelve months after the journey. Enquiries that never became bookings are deleted after twelve months.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your currency preference is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves it.
